During our 2 years Management Trainee Programme, candidates will undergo intensive On-The-Job Training. You will be placed in one of our renowned outlets to interact with existing employees, gain exposure to the F&B and Salon industry, as well as understand your strengths and interests better. Career plan Opportunities for career growth and Development Opportunities will be given within these 2 years. Candidates who successfully completed and master this programme will be promoted to Assistant Outlet or placed in other departments upon discussion. Candidates may also look forward to honing their skills further and rapidly grow to be our Manger, Outlet Manager or even Area Manager.
