Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Assist in preparation of tender submission; Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation; Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive the tender pricing; Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities; Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs; Prepare budget statement monthly and review by Superior; Review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from relevant parties To maintain the Quality System in the Department; Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit. Job Requirement Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; Minimum 5-8 years’ working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects; MRT/LTA tendering experience is preferred; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills; Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
