Responsibilities: Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor projections, and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase. Draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, and help negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Track project expenses, evaluate site progress, and manage cost-value reconciliations (CVR) to prevent budget overruns. Manage contractual claims, evaluate variations, and process interim payment valuations through to settling the final account.
