We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded Sourcing Engineer to support the growth of our Global Replacement Parts Market (GRPM) business. This role combines product sourcing, supplier development, technical coordination, and commercial support to ensure the right products are identified, developed, and supplied to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, procurement teams, and product development engineers to deliver competitive aftermarket solutions for automotive air-conditioning applications. Key Responsibilities Identify and source suitable products based on customer and market requirements. Match customer needs with existing products or develop alternative solutions with suppliers. Liaise with suppliers on technical discussions, product specifications, and minor design modifications. Consolidate customer requirements and coordinate with Product Development teams for further evaluation and development. Manage RFQs (Request for Quotations), perform supplier comparisons, and conduct price benchmarking. Support supplier qualification, product evaluation, and sourcing activities. Maintain supplier databases, compliance records, certifications, and sourcing documentation. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and engineering teams to support international sourcing activities. Monitor supplier capabilities, market trends, and sourcing opportunities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. 1–5 years of experience in sourcing, engineering, supplier development, procurement, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong automotive technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications. Basic understanding of: RFQ and supplier evaluationprocesses International logistics andsupply chain operations Incoterms and internationalpurchasing practices Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems and components. Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, TXVs, or automotive replacement parts. Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in China and Asia.
