About this role
Job Description & Requirements Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors. Collaborate with the Bidding and Project Management teams to develop cost-effective and technically compliant work plans. Draft technical write-ups, method statements, and execution strategies tailored to the project scope. Prepare site progress report, monthly progress claim report, attend stakeholder meeting and participate in technical workshop discussion. Ensure installation works are carried out in compliance with the approved shop drawings, method statements, Project Quality Plan, project specifications, and applicable standards. Support the Site/Project Manager in overseeing and tracking project progress to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor and coordinate with procurement officer and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in accordance with the project timeline. Maintain up-to-date records of marked-up drawings for accurate as-built documentation throughout the project. Record and track all materials received from suppliers and issued for installation to ensure proper inventory management. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD. Requirements and Qualifications : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in design and project management in Electrical discipline. Possess a degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Demonstrated ability to manage and participate in large-scale projects and coordinating input from multiple departments. Strong knowledge of commercial and contract terms, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Possess safety certification such as BCSS and Safety Co-Ordinator. Knowledge in software tools such as CAD / BIM / P6 / Microsoft. A proactive team player with effective communication skills and a high level of business acumen in market development.
