And now, we’re looking for our next Event Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to jump in and ride the wave with us. What You’ll Do • Pitch & Play – Embrace client challenges, brainstorm bold ideas, and help us win projects • Master the Juggle – From project timelines to subcontractors, keep the plates spinning and the show running. • Design Collab – Work hand-in-hand with our designers, fabricators, and vendors to bring concepts to life. • Deal Maker – Negotiate with suppliers like a boss (bonus points if you love scoring a good deal). • Paperwork Ninja – Manage budgets, approvals,and event applications without breaking a sweat. • On-Ground Rockstar – Be the steady heart beat of our events – leading, troubleshooting, and celebrating with the team on event day. What We’re Looking For • Fresh grads? Come on in. Whether you’re from ITE, Poly, or Uni – we believe attitude beats titles. • If you already have experience under your belt, that’s a big plus – we value it and would love to have you on board • A natural multitasker who thrives on the thrill of event madness. • Stellar communication skills (you’ll be talking to everyone – clients, vendors, your teammates) • Any creative software skills (Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) are a plus – but not a deal-breaker.
