Job Summary Join Satire Singapore as an Event Project Executive (CONTRACT) to manage diverse events from concept to execution, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver impactful experiences. Responsibilities Develop and pitch creative event concepts to clients to secure new projects Manage multiple project timelines and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth event delivery Collaborate closely with designers, fabricators, and vendors to translate concepts into tangible event elements Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and optimize event budgets Oversee budgets, approvals, and event application processes to maintain compliance and financial control Lead on-site event operations by troubleshooting issues, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful event execution Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to align expectations and resolve challenges Utilize creative software tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to support event design and marketing efforts (preferred skill) Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in event management or related roles is a strong advantage Proficiency in creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment Other Information How to Apply / Reach Us: Email: info@satire.com.sg Instagram DM: @satiresingapore Telegram: @satiresingapore
