Finance Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role will manage day-to-day finance activities while supporting business growth through financial insights and control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-set accounting and ensure timely financial reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations, GST, and corporate tax requirements Review GST submissions and tax filings prepared by the team Lead and supervise finance team members (e.g., accountants, auditors) Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GST, and IRAS compliance Experience in budgeting and financial planning Leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred: Experience in retail or similar industry Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks)
