About this role
Venue preparation Assist in arranging tables, chairs, and other furniture according to event layout plans. Equipment handling: Set up audio-visual equipment, staging, and signage as required. Logistics support Help with unloading, moving, and organizing event materials. Safety compliance Ensure safe lifting practices and maintain clear walkways. On-site adjustments Make quick changes to layouts or setups based on client or supervisor instructions. Post-event duties Assist with dismantling, packing, and restoring the venue to its original condition. Job requirements Physically fit, able to lift and move furniture and equipment. Work collaboratively with other staff and supervisors. Ensure layouts match event plans accurately. Location: Central (3 MRT stations nearby) Working days and hours: Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm, Saturday 7am to 11am
