Team Leader For Cleaning Crew

Direct custodians to complete janitorial tasks effectively Schedule and training cleaning staff to maintain team readiness Track and manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs to ensure operational readiness Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of assigned work areas to meet quality standards Monitor and manage supplies inventory to ensure availability of cleaning materials Observe employees’ use of personal protective equipment and supplies to enforce safety compliance Identify and correct at-risk behaviors among staff, reporting issues promptly to supervisors Recommend corrective actions to improve cleaning processes and workplace safety Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, intervening to stop unsafe behaviors by self or others Collaborate with team members to complete work assignments efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support operational effectiveness Working hours: 8am to 7pm Working days: Monday to Friday Company shuttle from Pioneer MRT Meals provided daily
