This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying AI technologies within the global shipping and maritime industry while working closely with business stakeholders and experienced professionals. Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications and automation solutions to support business operations Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and data pipelines to support AI initiatives and improve process efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and identify opportunities where AI can create value Support the development and integration of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions Prepare, analyse, and manage datasets for AI and machine learning applications Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of AI applications, recommending enhancements where appropriate Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions relevant to the shipping and maritime industry Prepare technical documentation and provide user support and training where required Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Up to 2 years of experience in software development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong project experience are welcome to apply Proficiency in Python and familiarity with software development principles and best practices Exposure to AI frameworks, machine learning concepts, APIs, or Generative AI technologies would be advantageous Basic understanding of databases, data analytics, and cloud technologies is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in emerging technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
