Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst to support digital transformation and product initiatives within the insurance industry. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver well-defined solutions across CRM, agency distribution, and product-related projects. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Must have minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role; Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories); Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams; Experience supporting system implementation or integration projects; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment while working independently. Desired Skill-set Experience in the insurance, financial services, or consulting; Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies; Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and business processes; Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives; Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements for development teams; Perform business process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to improve processes and system capabilities; Work closely with developers throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements and support successful solution delivery; Support system integration initiatives by documenting data flows, business rules, and functional requirements; Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and ensure adherence to documentation standards; Coordinate requirement reviews, support testing activities, and facilitate stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
