Job Summary We are looking for a Business & Solution Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of payment and cash management solutions within the banking industry. The role involves end-to-end business analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and production support while working closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Must have at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services; Must have strong experience with payment systems, cash management, and core banking applications; Must have hands-on experience with Global PayPlus (GPP) version 4.6.24 or above; Good knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, payment mapping, and validation; Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional documentation, and testing (SIT/UAT); Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Skill-set Exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement, ACH, or payment channels; Experience supporting test automation; Knowledge of GPP configuration and application architecture. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business analysis activities from requirements gathering through implementation and production support; Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Perform solution design, configuration, and business rule implementation within the Global PayPlus (GPP) platform; Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical leads to deliver project requirements; Prepare effort estimates and support project planning activities; Support SIT, UAT, test automation, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and production readiness; Validate delivered solutions and ensure features meet business and functional requirements prior to deployment; Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for cash management and payment applications; Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Agile ceremonies throughout the software development lifecycle.
