Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, technical delivery, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, especially within the Financial Services Industry. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, or a related discipline; Must have 7 years of experience in IT project/program management, IT business analysis, and business process reengineering, delivering end-to-end technical projects, particularly in the Financial Services sector; Must have experience with request for Tender/Request for Proposal/Quotation process and standards such as RFQ specification, contract negotiations and finalization; Must have experience delivering solutions in any of the following domains such as Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure / Network Solutions, Endpoint / Workplace Technology Active Directory / Identity Management; Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodologies.MS Project, Confluence, JIRA; Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with meticulous attention to detail; Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment; Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities. Desired Skill-set PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification; ITIL, Agile, or Scrum certifications. Responsibilities Project Leadership and Management • Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule; • Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support; • Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution; • Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan. Technical Delivery and Risk Management • Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery, providing L3 support as needed; • Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution; • Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards; • Work with Security teams to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings; • Partner with suppliers and testers to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results. Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight • Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements; • Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high level delivery plan) based on impact assessments; • Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensuring timely, high quality product deliveries; • Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects; • Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions; • Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.
