Exciting exposure in National Museums! 🖼️ Up to $2,900 per month Central Area Mon - Fri, office hours 1-year contract ✏️ What to expect : Oversee and monitor school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum Keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes , bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc. Co-ordinate weekday and weekend tours (Physical/virtual) for school visits, regular or special requests. Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually , and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum. Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets. Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes. ✔️ Who we are looking for : Posseses minimum a Diploma in Arts management, education, art, history, or museum/gallery-related fields. Keen interest in Arts and Heritage. Excellent interpersonal skills.
