Product Manager (Government Projects)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle — from defining problems to launch and continuous improvement. Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects . 5 days work week (Mon to Fri) Hybrid Work Arrangement. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining problems to launch and ongoing improvements. Engage stakeholders and users to understand needs, define problem statements, and shape product direction. Define success metrics and set up dashboards to track and monitor outcomes. Formulate product strategy, hypotheses, and roadmaps to achieve goals. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop, test, and release products. Measure results, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to maximize product value. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or IT related tertiary education. Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through product ownership. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
