Procurement & Finops Executive (AI & Cloud Services)

Job Details Location: one-north Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour Work Type: 12-Month Contract, subject to renewal Salary: Up to $ 5,500 per month What you will be working on? Procurement Manage end-to-end procurement documentation for AI tool/service acquisitions, including business justifications, approval papers, and procurement submissions. Draft and publish Invitation to Tender (ITT), Requests for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with procurement policies Coordinate the tender evaluation process, including scheduling evaluation meetings, consolidating evaluation scores, facilitating vendor assessments, and preparing evaluation reports. Assist in contract award, notifications, and post-award documentation Financial Operations (Chargeback & Cost Management) Extract AI & Cloud related FinOps report from various AI tools and platforms, and prepare FinOps reports & dashboard with AI tools. Calculate and administer regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) chargebacks for cost on AI tool licensing, AI platforms and clouds across business units. Maintain records of software licences, user entitlements, utilisation, chargeback info, and cost allocation. Liaise with Finance and business unit representatives to reconcile and process chargebacks Prepare chargeback reports and summaries for stakeholders What are we looking for? Experience in procurement, contract administration, or a related field Familiarity with government procurement processes would be an advantage. Demonstrated AI competency, including self-directed learning and practical ability to use or build AI-enabled tools, workflows, or automations to enhance productivity.
