Student Management Support

Position : Student Management Support Staff Period :03 Aug 2026 to 31 Nov 2028 Salary: Up to $2800 per month Location : Toa Payoh Working hour: Tues - Thu: 7.30am to 1.30pm Supervise and support students during recess/out-of-class suspensions, providing a safe environment and assisting with reintegration into class. Mentor and engage students with social, emotional, behavioural, or additional needs through regular check-ins, intervention programmes, and personalised support. Manage student behavioural cases, facilitate restorative practices and conflict resolution, and promote positive conduct and self-regulation. Develop students' social-emotional competencies, executive functioning, communication, and interpersonal skills through targeted programmes. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, provide weekly reports, and collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and parents to support student development and programme improvement. Requirements: Have qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, ChildDevelopment, Youth Work, or related disciplines. Preferably be a Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / BuildingRelational Capacity, accredited under the Singapore Workforce SkillsQualifications framework.
