UI/UX Designer Location: Central Singapore Working Hours: Normal Office Hours (Hybrid) Salary: Up to $9,000 + AWS We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences by combining user research with thoughtful interface design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into engaging and functional product experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other qualitative or quantitative approaches. Analyse research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Develop user personas, journey maps, experience maps, and user scenarios to guide design decisions. Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions. Prepare and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Present design concepts and clearly communicate design rationale to project teams and stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong emphasis on user research and user-centred design. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience conducting user research and translating insights into practical design solutions. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage but not required.
