IT Business Analyst | OutSystems | Agile Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid Working Arrangement Working Location: Central Remuneration package: Up to $9,000 + AWS We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for OutSystems application development projects. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, business process mapping, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation. Work with project teams to develop user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for enterprise applications. Collaborate with OutSystems developers and solution architects to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable and effective solutions. Support Agile project delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and support issue resolution throughout project delivery. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing. Experience participating in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology. Experience working on OutSystems projects or other low-code application platforms will be an advantage. Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind. Ability to learn and apply new concepts effectively.
