Customer Service Officer

Job Details Location: Buona Vista Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour Work Type: 9-Month Contract Salary: $ 2,760 per month What you will be working on? Administrative Support Manage Case Management system admin operations including role assignments, basic report generation and category maintenance Assist with corporate gifts management and coordination Assist with adding and removing of Billing Contacts for organisation Mail and Courier Management Prepare outgoing mail (registered, local and overseas) for postage Coordinate courier deliveries and pickups with proper record keeping Follow up closely to ensure timely delivery and pickup completion Customer Service Operations Provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries across company service touchpoints within Service Level Agreement Handle customer enquiries, assess and route/escalate cases to appropriate teams (L2/L3) in accordance with established workflows What are we looking for? Singaporean only Minimum O Level with relevant experience in customer service or administration. Basic technical proficiency (basic computer literacy, basic knowledge of excel, quick learning of new systems, able to navigate different systems).
