IT Procurement & Contract Management Executive

About the Role IT Procurement & Contract Management Executive to own the procurement and financial operations behind AI tool licensing, AI platforms, and cloud spend. You'll manage everything from tender documentation to vendor evaluation — tracking costs, running chargebacks, and giving stakeholders clear visibility into AI and cloud spend across business units. What You Will Do Procurement Manage end-to-end procurement documentation for AI tool and service acquisitions, including business justifications and approval papers Draft and publish Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents in line with procurement policies Coordinate the tender evaluation process, including scheduling evaluations, consolidating scores, and preparing evaluation reports Support contract award, notifications, and post-award documentation Financial Operations (Chargeback & Cost Management) Extract AI and cloud FinOps data from various platforms and prepare reports and dashboards using AI tools Calculate and administer regular chargebacks for AI tool, platform, and cloud costs across business units Maintain records of software licences, user entitlements, utilisation, and cost allocation Liaise with Finance and business units to reconcile and process chargebacks Prepare chargeback reports and summaries for stakeholders What We Are Looking For Minimum Degree in any discipline Experience in procurement, contract administration, or a related field Familiarity with government procurement processes preferred Demonstrated AI competency — self-directed learning and practical use of AI tools, workflows, or automations to boost productivity Singaporean Only By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
