Project Manager - Media (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented project management professional with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills to support media projects, performance measurement, and industry engagement within Singapore's Public Service Media ecosystem. Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $5,500/month Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end management of Public Service Media (PSM) projects, including proposal evaluations, project implementation, progress tracking, and deliverables monitoring. Prepare submission papers, project updates, and documentation for approvals and stakeholder reporting. Review and analyse the performance of PSM-funded content across TV, radio, digital, and social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations. Conduct audience research and analyse survey findings, digital analytics, and media performance data to support content strategies and measurement initiatives. Support the procurement, implementation, and management of media measurement tools and project evaluation activities. Manage public and industry enquiries, feedback, and complaints relating to PSM projects and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, industry engagements, events, and stakeholder communications, including preparing briefing materials and post-event follow-up. Support the development of communication plans, publicity materials, and other administrative duties to ensure the successful delivery of PSM programmes.
