Ict Procurement Specialist - Spvl

We are looking for Procurement Specialist to join one of the government agencies in Singapore! Responsibilities: Contract and Project Management Provide first-line support for Government agencies’ queries on Government contracts, escalating complex issues to the contract manager. Assist the contract manager in project coordination, including timeline management, stakeholder communication, addressing customer and supplier queries related to ongoing ICT tender projects. Compile, collate and cleanse reports from various sources (e.g. IT Service Management portal, GeBIZ, forms, spreadsheet, etc) to support informed decision-making and reconciliation of information. Provide administrative support for assigned projects such as collating, validating and tracking information from suppliers. Manage the annual system polls, respond to agencies’ queries, and analyse the returns submitted by Government agencies. Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement documentation, while staying updated on ICT industry trends and Government procurement regulations Procurement Management Support procurement manager in conducting industry engagement and analyse relevant procurement data to make informed procurement decisions. Support the procurement manager in procurement stages such as tender documents preparation, evaluation and award. Support the procurement manager in identifying potential value creation opportunities and process improvements within the ICT procurement operations Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the ICT industry and/or Government procurement Work experience in ICT procurement and contract management practices Understanding of ICT market trends and pricing models Experience in Government e-procurement systems, tender evaluation and contract negotiation will be advantageous Familiarity with Government IM on Procurement will be advantageous Experience in contractor dispute resolution and performance management will be advantageous By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
