Marketing Executive (University, West)

Period: 12 months Salary: up to $5500 Location: Pioneer Working hour: 830am -545pm Mon-Fri Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by developing key visuals, coordinating with agencies, and creating content for digital platforms, including social media, EDMs, and blogs. Assist in organising and promoting outreach events, such as masterclasses, information sessions, and student engagement activities, to support student recruitment objectives. Screen and qualify prospective applicants to support the recruitment and selection process. Provide administrative support for admissions, including verifying applicant information, managing admissions and scholarship records, and coordinating pre-arrival and onboarding briefings. Manage post-admissions processes, including student data entry into University systems, preparation of student pass applications, and coordination of student records with internal stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on student documentation and application requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of administrative processes. Respond to student enquiries on admissions and arrival matters, and coordinate the verification and management of physical documentation.
