Working Hours : Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6.00pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid Working Arrangement) Working Location : Buona Vista Salary Package : Up to $9,000 + AWS Employment Type : Contract (2-year renewable with opportunities for permanent conversion) We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Endpoint Security Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise identity and endpoint security solutions within a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on Zero Trust security, identity governance, endpoint protection, automation, and cloud security, ensuring users, devices, and applications remain secure and compliant. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and administer enterprise identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory. Manage identity lifecycle processes, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and passwordless authentication. Engineer, deploy and maintain Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and endpoint security solutions to strengthen the organisation's security posture. Implement and manage Microsoft Purview, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Data Classification, and eDiscovery. Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to streamline identity management, security operations, and reporting. Build dashboards and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Endpoint Analytics, Dynatrace, and Axonius. Develop self-service solutions to improve user experience and reduce operational support effort. Work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to investigate security incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and implement security improvements.
