Details Location: East/North-East Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends, roster-based) Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10.00pm Salary: $2,760 per month Contract: 6 months (renewable up to another 6 months) Job Responsibilities Engage residents at community events to promote digital participation programmes and mobile app usage Provide 1-to-1 support for app registration, setup, and navigation Conduct briefings and assist with onboarding activities Respond to enquiries and coordinate on-site arrangements with stakeholders, staff, and volunteers Maintain participation records and prepare basic activity reports Support administrative and operational tasks as required Requirements Singaporeans only GCE ‘O’ Level qualification At least 1 year of customer service or relevant experience Comfortable using tablets and digital devices Good communication and interpersonal skills By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
