Contract to perm opportunity Entry level, On job training provided 12 months with completion bonus Office hour, Mon to Fri Location: West (One north) Basic up to $4,000 Job duties: Manage end-to-end customer order processing from purchase order validation to billing Process orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries Set up new part numbers and pricing in SAP Prepare shipping and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues with internal stakeholders Monitor order backlogs and proactively communicate delivery updates Coordinate with logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and global vendors Support Finance on AR/AP-related matters Prepare operational reports and participate in process improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, KPIs, and SLAs Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Job requirements: Degree in Logistics and Supply chain or relevant Customer service oriented Comfortable with 12 months contract By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
