We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to drive AI adoption through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and community-building initiatives within a public sector organisation. Responsibilities: Develop and execute content and communications strategies to promote AI adoption and data literacy. Plan and deliver engagement initiatives, including workshops, seminars, hackathons, and learning events. Build and manage partnerships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, academia, and industry partners. Develop marketing materials, newsletters, digital content, and manage knowledge-sharing platforms. Track engagement metrics and continuously enhance content effectiveness and community participation. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities that support AI adoption and innovation. Requirements: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years' experience in communications, content strategy, engagement, marketing, or change management. Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement initiatives, events, or community programmes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project coordination abilities.
