Programme Coordinator (Community Emergency Preparedness) - Public Agency

We are seeking a candidate with strong stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and administrative capabilities to support community resilience, volunteer management, and emergency preparedness initiatives. Basic up to $4,500 per month + Completion bonus (1-month) Lavender MRT Mon - Fri, office hours 1-year contract What to expect: Support the recruitment, coordination, deployment, and engagement of community emergency response volunteers. Plan and deliver emergency preparedness programmes to strengthen community outreach and engagement, in collaboration with community and corporate partners. Promote emergency preparedness initiatives by working closely with community stakeholders to enhance community readiness and resilience. Provide guidance and operational support for the planning and implementation of emergency preparedness programmes and community engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, consolidating data, and coordinating documentation related to programme activities and volunteer management. Who we are looking for: Singaporeans only. Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in managing Community Emergency Programmes. Experience within the public sector is a plus. Meticulous individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
