IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a high-impact public sector initiative, driving digital transformation through the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance services and create meaningful nationwide impact. Why You’ll Love Working Here Salary up to $10,000 + AWS Hybrid Work Arrangements Government Projects Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria Work closely with technical teams to bridge business requirements with system implementation and solution architecture Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies aligned with modern cloud and digital transformation initiatives Support UAT activities, defect management, system training, and operational readiness exercises Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation across business operations Explore the use of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve business rules validation and testing processes Requirements: Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Business or any relevant discipline Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital, technology, or software delivery environments Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI-enabled business processes.
