Construction General Foreman

Roles & Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. Manage and monitor site operations, workers, and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis. Lead and supervise site workers to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely completion of works. Evaluate and resolve site issues and technical matters arising during construction. Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance of subcontractors and workers. Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Responsible for manpower allocation and coordination of site activities. Hands-on in site work and provide practical coaching and training to new workers, particularly in formwork and rebar works. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Experience in building construction and RC works is preferred. Good knowledge of formwork, rebar, and construction sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong leadership, supervisory, and coordination skills. Familiar with Singapore construction practices and WSH requirements. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
