Job Summary Assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring coordination of site activities, resource monitoring, and timely resolution of technical issues to deliver quality outcomes. Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in managing construction projects from inception to completion to achieve project goals Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials, and site resources to maintain project timelines and budgets Identify and resolve site technical issues promptly to support the site team and minimize delays Assist in planning and implementing project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction works Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support project objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Experience in building construction projects is advantageous Familiarity with Singapore construction practices, authority requirements, and safety regulations Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage site activities effectively Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
