Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Preparation of tender documents and quotation Analyze and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all prices quoted are up-to-date and competitive. Ensure all the variation orders are dealt with as efficiently as possible and provide early and accurate cost advice. Preparation of tender documents, and requests for quotation from different suppliers. Monitored and kept track of project progress as well as for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work. Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost-benefit analysis. Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Civil/ Building Engineering. 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in BTO/HDB/COMMERCIAL Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications for construction sites. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player. Meticulous Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
