Construction Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily operations on-site for our construction projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with building codes and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople on-site. Plan and assign tasks according to project schedules and blueprints. Ensure adherence to safety regulations (WSH Act) and company policies. Monitor work progress, quality control, and material usage. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues. Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings. Maintain accurate daily reports (e.g., manpower, progress, incidents). Requirements Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a foreman in Singapore’s construction industry (high-rise, civil, or industrial projects preferred). Skills: Proficient in reading construction drawings and schedules. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of local safety standards (e.g., SCDF, BCA, MOM). Certifications: Valid BCA Supervisory Training Record (STR) or equivalent. WSH certifications (e.g., Supervisor Safety Course) are a plus. Other Benefits: Annual bonus (performance-based).
