HDB Construction Projects Project Management Job Scope: Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards Responsible for day-to-day project management activities to achieve project objectives Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget requirements Requirements: Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in HDB construction projects preferred Experience in managing construction projects from planning to completion Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling and site management Ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Other Information: 5.5 Days, Office Hour Salary: Up to $7500/mth + VB East area To apply please click on the APPLY NOW button or email your resume to search70@searchindex.com.sg for faster processing.
