Manufacturing Specialist II

Lead production processes, including equipment maintenance, machine operation, and team coordination to ensure high-quality manufacturing output. Act as a line trainer and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement. Requires over 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in a senior operator or leadership role. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for extended hours and willing to work a 12-hour shift pattern including weekends and holidays.
