About this role

Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment maintenance, fabrication, and manpower deployment. Requires over 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably as a senior operator or line leader. Must be physically capable of standing for long hours and willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends.
