About this role

Lead all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up, maintenance, and manpower deployment for hard disk drive manufacturing. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requires over 6 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably as a senior operator or line lead in back-end manufacturing. Must be physically capable of manual handling up to 15kg and willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
