Company Overview SealXpert Products Pte Ltd manufactures and distributes industrial MRO consumables used globally in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Marine, and Facilities Management industries. Job Summary Lead and manage factory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient production, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Lead daily factory and warehouse operations to achieve efficient production, accurate inventory, and timely delivery Oversee production planning, manpower allocation, and scheduling to meet customer and business needs Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, workplace safety regulations, ISO procedures, and company policies Monitor production performance, material usage, and wastage control to improve operational efficiency Manage warehouse activities including inventory control, logistics coordination, stock movement, and storage Collaborate with Procurement and Sales teams to secure timely material availability and fulfill orders Supervise equipment maintenance, factory housekeeping, and adherence to operational safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost control measures Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions effectively Prepare operational reports and analyze production performance for management review Provide hands-on support in daily operations and offer on-call operational assistance on a 24/7 basis when required Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production operations within Marine, Offshore, or Industrial sectors Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in MRO products, industrial production environments, and warehouse operations Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, QA/QC systems, and operational workflow management Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, ISO standards, and operational compliance requirements Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in operational contexts Ability to work under pressure, manage manpower effectively, and meet tight deadlines Hands-on, disciplined, and proactive working attitude Effective communication and coordination skills Singaporeans or PRs
