Centre Manager (Enrichment Centre)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our North-East centres. Job Scope: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both centres to achieveenrolment, retention, conversion and service targets. Lead, coach and motivate Customer Service Officers to deliver outstanding customer service. Build strong relationships with parents and students, handling enquiries and resolving feedback professionally. Manage student enrolments, class scheduling and centre administration. Work closely with teachers to ensure a positive learning experience for students. Monitor centre performance, drive enrolment targets and identify opportunities for business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and service standards. Prepare operational reports and support company initiatives and events when required. Job Requirements: Min 5 years of experience in education/retail/service/hospitality Proven ability to manage sales targets, customer service standards and operational KPIs Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Confident in handling parents, staff matters and service escalations.
