Tender Quantity Surveyor (East/Construction)

📍 Location: East 💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 Our client is a well-established Singapore construction company delivering quality building and civil engineering projects. Job Scope: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets and competitive tender pricing. Review tender documents, drawings and specifications to ensure accurate submissions. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective quotations. Coordinate tender submissions, liaise with stakeholders and support project handover after contract award. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field. 2–5 years of tendering or quantity surveying experience, preferably with a main contractor or building projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, market pricing and local procurement practices.
