Responsibilities Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online channels. Assist guests with enquiries, bookings, amendments, and special requests. Ensure reservation details are accurate and up to date in the hotel system. Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals. Deliver professional, personalised, and efficient customer service. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
