They are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to grow their hotel’s room revenue by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with corporate, leisure, and travel trade clients. Working closely with the commercial team, you will play a key role in increasing occupancy, driving market share, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and travel trade segments Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive room revenue growth Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections Prepare proposals, contracts, and corporate rate agreements Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and sales missions Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners Develop account strategies to increase room nights and repeat business Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth Ensure excellent service throughout the client journey Revenue & Market Performance Support the execution of room sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Work closely with Revenue Management on pricing, demand, and market opportunities Monitor competitor activities and industry trends Track sales pipeline, room production, and conversion performance Collaboration & Administration Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in room sales or corporate account management Strong knowledge of hotel sales, room revenue strategies, and market segmentation Proven experience managing corporate, leisure, or travel trade accounts Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Familiar with CRM systems and revenue management principles Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment Interested candidates kindly click APPLY NOW to submit your latest CV.
