Customer Service Officer - Education Centre

Location: Central/ Northeast Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours : 4 weekday + 1 weekend Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the day-to-day operations of their education centre, where they teach and nurture primary and secondary school students . You’ll be the friendly bridge between parents, students, teachers, and colleagues — ensuring great communication and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors! What You’ll Be Doing Manage, coordinate, and facilitate class schedules for the centre. Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries — providing helpful course consultations to parents and students. Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the centre running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Great interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy talking to people and working with children. Able to coordinate and liaise with parents and teachers Able to work independently or as a team and able to prioritize work on hand Min.
