Tuition Centre Manager (Central/North East)

📍 Location: Central / North East 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (Including 1 weekend) (Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat or Sun 8.30am-6.30pm) 💰 Salary: Up to $5,000 Our client is an education provider focused on literacy and communication through structured, high-quality programmes. Job Scope: Drive enrolment, sales and retention targets. Oversee daily centre operations and service standards. Build strong parent and student relationships while resolving feedback. Lead centre teams and manage performance, administration and CRM systems. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in education, retail, hospitality or customer service, with 3 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations. Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
