Data Centre Facilities Engineer (East/North)

📍 Location: Bedok/Woodlands 💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable bonus Our client is a prominent data center and ICT services provider based in Singapore. It specializes in offering secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions to enterprises, financial institutions, and government agencies. Job Scope: Perform daily maintenance and operational tasks to ensure all primary and backup equipment in the data center remains fully functional. Conducting routine facility inspections, critical system checks, and functional tests. Address mechanical and electrical alarms or faults by identifying patterns and implementing appropriate corrective measures. Monitor and respond to alerts from the Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), investigate issues, and provide timely updates on unresolved events. Participate in emergency response efforts and be available for standby duty as needed. Handle customer requests and deliveries, including installation support, coordination with design and construction teams. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in Date Centre or M&E experience in building/construction industry Strong technical and functional skills and knowledge of facilities management and operations.
