Job Scope: Support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Prepare, deliver and maintain high-quality products/services in line with company standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational procedures at all times. Coordinate with team members to achieve productivity, quality and guest satisfaction goals. Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper handling of equipment and supplies. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
