Quantity Surveyor/ Airport Civil Proj/5Day/$5.5K Basic+Vb/ A1 Main Contractor

Up to $5,500 Basic+ Bonus Permanent positions / 5 workdays/ Changi Airport area. Having QS or contract administration work experience in civil infrastructure projects is preferred. Our client is a reputable MNC and a leading A1 main contractor, diverse in civil and building projects. Job Responsibilities: Manage post-contract QS duties for civil works, including measurement, valuation and cost control. Administer contracts, variations, claims, payments and final accounts. Monitor budgets, prepare cost forecasts and management reports. Track project progress and resolve commercial issues with project teams. Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims. Job Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in construction management/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
