Responsibilities: Manage overseas work visa, work permit and entry permit applications for employees deployed to regional project sites. Prepare, check and submit required documents, and follow up closely on application status. Liaise with employees, project teams, regional offices and external agencies to ensure timely approvals. Track visa status, expiry dates, renewals and deployment timelines. Keep stakeholders updated on visa requirements, application progress and immigration changes. Support training administration, including course coordination, attendance tracking and training records. Assist with general HR administrative duties when required. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline. Experience in overseas work visa, work permit processing, staff mobility and training administration support will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and able to manage documents, deadlines and follow-ups.
